The decision is being drafted in accordance with Order No. 78/НҚ of 26 April 2023 of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “On Approval of the Rules on the Issue and Circulation of Asset-Backed Digital Assets.”
