Start of Preparations for Implementing National Legislation Requirements for the Circulation of Asset-Backed Digital Assets in the Bitbon System Services

Integration ICN KZ, as the Regional Operator of the Bitbon System, together with the developer of the platform, continues active preparations for the deployment of the regional infrastructure of the Bitbon System, as well as the implementation of legal, organizational and technological measures to integrate into the base services of the Bitbon System the requirements of the national legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of asset-backed digital assets and AML. After additional consultations, it was decided that the planned measures will be implemented in two stages.

During the first stage, which will begin on December 31, 2025, for residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are Bitbon System Users based on the concluded Bitbon System Public Contract with Simcord LLC, the ability to carry out transactions with the digital asset with other Bitbon System Users will be temporarily restricted until the public contract is renewed with the Regional Operator in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within this stage, the necessary legislative requirements will be implemented into the One Space service.

During the second stage, such Bitbon System Users will be granted access to the procedure for renewing the public agreement with Integration ICN KZ. Users who have completed this procedure will be able to perform operations with Bitbon in accordance with the legislative requirements for the circulation of asset-backed digital assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within this stage, representatives of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will also gain the possibility of registering a corporate account in the Bitbon System. Thus, business entities will be able to use the infrastructure of the Bitbon System in the Republic of Kazakhstan when carrying out commercial activities.

At the same time, starting from the first quarter of 2026, a series of organizational, educational and consulting activities are planned in preparation for beta testing of the programs of the Academy of Platform-Based Economy and the conclusion of agreements with Operators of social segments of the network.
